Registration is required for all Summer Camps. Please review the Summer Camp Guide, and then click here to register and pay for your camp selections online. 

Campers are required to bring a non-perishable lunch to camp every day. Lunches are available for purchase from Black Bear Coffee at an additional cost of $50 for the entire week, payable at the time of registration.

Snacks and drinks are provided in all camps, and campers are welcome to bring water bottles if they would like. All water bottles must be labeled and secured in a lunch bag.

Prospective campers must be entering 1st through 3rd grade at the start of the 2026–2027 school year. Hands On! offers an educator-to-child ratio of 1:6 with a maximum number of 20 children in each camp and a minimum of 7.

All camps start promptly at 9:00am and conclude at 4:00pm. Campers are to be dropped off no earlier than 8:45am and picked up no later than 4:15pm.

You must come in with your camper to sign them in before camp and sign them out after camp. The person who picks up your child MUST be on the approved sign-out list, otherwise your child will not be released until we make contact with you for clarification.

Summer Camp ends at 4:00pm daily. Extended care is available for an 8:00am – 9:00am morning session and 4:00pm – 5:00pm for the afternoon session for $75 per week, per session. Late pickups after 4:30pm will be charged $50 per day for extended care services.

If you cancel your registration at least two weeks prior to the start of your selected camp, you will receive a refund, minus a $30 processing fee. If you cancel within two weeks of your selected camp, you will not receive a refund, and your payment will be designated as a tax-deductible contribution to the museum.  

Hands On! reserves the right to cancel a camp if the minimum enrollment of 7 participants is not met, with a decision made one week prior to the start date. In the event of such a cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
