Host your child's next birthday at Hands On! Children's Museum. Our party packages are designed to delight, and include a private rental of our party room and free admission for your guests!

Birthday Party Packages

 

Classic Party

$200 Members | $240 Non-Members

Includes ONE (1) hour party room rental during normal operating hours and admission for up to 20  total children and adults.

 

Private Party (September - May)

$400 Members | $450 Non-Members

Includes THREE (3) hour rental of the entire museum outside of normal operating hours and admission for up to 40 total children and adults.

 

The Museum Provides:

Tables and chairs for SIXTEEN (16) children.

Cake server and ice cream scoop.

Birthday crown and gift for the birthday child.

Private use of the Birthday Party Room.

 

You Provide:

Food, beverages, and ice. 

Plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and tablecloths. 

Ensure there is ONE (1) adult for every FOUR (4) children. 

Additional decorations and basic clean up.

Birthday Party Guidelines

To ensure a fabulous birthday party experience for all, please be advised of our guidelines for hosting a successful party. 

 

  • Birthday parties are parent and/or caregiver-directed events. 
  • A Classic Birthday party includes a ONE (1) hour rental of the party room and two hours of museum free play from the end of your party room reservation time.

  • The party room is available THIRTY (30) minutes prior to the start of your reservation for set up.

  • The party room must be empty (with basic clean up completed)  by the end of your reservation time.

  • Food and drinks are to be consumed within the Birthday Party Room only. 
  • Piñatas are not allowed due to safety concerns. 
  • The behavior of party guests is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver who booked the party. 
  • To ensure the safety of all museum guests, please do not distribute party favors or balloons until the end of your party.

Birthday Deposits 

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date. 

 

Inclement Weather Policy for Parties 

  • In the event of snow or severe weather, the museum will contact you and make every reasonable attempt to open for your party. 

 

  • If the museum closes, every attempt will be made to reschedule your party within two (2) weeks.  If your party cannot be rescheduled in a timely fashion, your deposit will be refunded.
