The museum has reopened its doors for interactive play and is now operating on a normal schedule. 

Baby formula, shelf stable food, diapers, wipes, cleaning supplies, and more are still avalaible within the museum's FREE resource center.

Host your child's next Birthday at Hands On! Children's Museum. Our party packages are designed to delight and include a private rental of our party room and free admission for your guests!

Birthday Party Packages

 

Basic Party

$150 Members | $180 Non-Members

Includes ONE (1) hour party room rental during normal operating hours and admission for up to SIXTEEN (16) total people.

 

Privarte Parties (September - May)

$220 Members | $250 Non-Members

Includes THREE  (3) hour rental of the entire museum outside of normal operating hours and admission for up to THIRTY-TWO (32) total people.

 

The Museum Provides:

Tables and chairs for SIXTEEN (16) children.

Cake server and ice cream scoop.

Birthday crown and gift for the birthday child.

Usage of the Birthday Party Room.

 

You Provide:

Food, beverages, and ice. 

Plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and tablecloths. 

Ensure there is ONE (1) adult for every FOUR (4) children. 

Additional decorations and basic clean up.

Birthday Party Guidelines

To ensure a fabulous birthcay party experience for all, please be advised our guidelies for hosting a successful party. 

 

  • Birthday parties are parent and/or caregiver-directed events. 
  • A Basic Birthday party includes a ONE (1) hour rental of the party room and  unlimited museum free play from the start of your party reservation time.

  • The party room is avaliable FIFTEEN (15) minutes prior to the start of your reservation time for set up..

  • The party room must be empty (with basic clean up completed)  by the end of your reservation time.

  • Food and drinks are to be consumed within the Birthday Party Room only. 
  • Piñatas are not allowed due to safety concerns. 
  • The behavior of party guests is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver who booked the party. 
  • To ensure the safety of all museum guests, please do not distribute party favors or balloons until the end of your party.

Birthday Deposits 

A $50  non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date. 

 

Inclement Weather Policy for Parties 

  • In the event of snow or severe weather, the museum will contact with you by phone and make every reasonable attempt to open for your party. 

 

  • If the museum closes, every attempt will be made to reschedule your party within two (2) weeks.  If your party cannot be rescheduled in a timely fashion, your deposit will be refunded.
